NZ owned and operated, we understand our local context and specialise in the growing  Pacific economy .Primary Function:To lead the research and evaluation work for ECG and our clients which includes feasibilities, strategies, tender and procurement application writing.Secondary Function: To support other ECG projects as and when required, including engagement and facilitation.TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the development of measurements and evaluation of internal strategies and plans.Support the development and improvement of reporting requirements for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the organisation.Research and Evaluation :Understand research and evaluation methodology and best practices.Understand Indigenous models of evaluation.Prepare grants, tenders and procurement applications.Research file management.Relationships:Internal:All staff members of ECG team and contractors.External:Government Agencies,Clients/Partners; Corporate networks; MERL industry network; Maori and Pacific Communities.Health & Safety:Contribute to a proactive health and safety conscious culture.Comply with the Health and Safety In Employment Act and the Company's Health & Safety policies and procedures.English Language Spoken:  AdvancedProblem Solving Skills: AdvancedLearning Skills: AdvancedEducation/Training/LicencesCurrent Full NZ Motor Vehicle Licence (preferred)Knowledge & ExperienceIntermediate knowledge & experience post study - 2+ years' experience.Proven record of achievement in reporting or publication.Understanding & knowledge of Pacific Cultures & Pacific Communities in NZ and in the Pacific region.Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
