Sunday 9am - 5pm (40 hours)No late nights!Unbeatable staff discounts, amazing training program & development on offerThe Role As aRetail Coordinator you willhold a unique and varied position in the Repco store - Using your creative ability, you will help decide on product placement & promotions, merchandising & store presentation, while also being an integral part of the customer service team and assisting customers on the shop floor.As a fun and energetic team member your roleincludes product placement, merchandising, ensuring the store is kept well stocked and tidy alongsideproviding fantastic customer service. Specific duties include:
Leading by example by providing friendly and accurate advice to our customersMaintaining branch standards, in particular merchandising standards, planogram changes and in store promotionsEnsuring a high store presentation standardsAssisting with branch stock levels and ensuring the shop floor is well stockedSkills and Experience Previous retail experience is essential for this role, and ideally within a similar role where you've had exposure to merchandising. Not only will you contribute on the shop floor with your strong customer services skills and helping out our customers, but also demonstrate a creative flare for store presentation.
