Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

CH2M Hill is seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate Level representative with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to online customers through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues- Demonstrate a confident and passionate attitude towards customer interactions, ensuring a positive experience for all- Utilize adaptability and research skills to quickly and accurately address customer needs- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals- Embrace creativity and innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience- Maintain accurate records of all web chat interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field- Confident and passionate personality traits with excellent communication skills- Strong adaptability and research skills- Ability to work independently in a remote environment- Familiarity with web chat platforms and technology- High school diploma or equivalent
