Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at TJX in Nelson, Nelson, New Zealand. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of experience with at least 7 years in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, resourceful, have strong research skills, and excel in teamwork.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee a team of remote web chat agents- Monitor and analyze chat performance metrics to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve chat efficiency and effectiveness- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize customer experiences- Train and onboard new chat agents- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for chat agents to reference- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in chat software and CRM systems- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)- Resilient and resourceful personality traits- Excellent research skills- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
