Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

The Warehouse Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.3. Manage and maintain accurate customer records and account information.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and problem-solving.5. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.6. Demonstrate leadership qualities by assisting with training and mentoring new team members.7. Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure a positive working environment.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.2. Motivated and energetic personality traits.3. Strong time management skills.4. Leadership qualities.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.8. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education preferred.
