Job Description:

LawVu is seeking a motivated and resilient Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner- Provide support and assistance to clients with their inquiries and issues- Utilize persuasion skills to promote products or services to customers- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and team success- Use problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs

Requirements:- No prior experience required- Must be resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations- Driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette- Proficient in basic computer skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances
