Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a talented Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team at Lam Research in Nelson, New Zealand. As a Remote Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients remotely- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs- Communicate effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide updates on projects- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients- Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and preferences- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Requirements:- 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field- Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Strong strategic planning and people management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and remotely- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)- Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry (preferred) Benefits:- Paid Time Off (PTO)- Life insurance- Company transportation Working Environment:At Lam Research, we cultivate an atmosphere where employees are encouraged to think and act like entrepreneurs.
