Job Description: Serko Ltd is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service over the phone. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
