Relationship Marketing Specialist - Computer Merchants

About the Role
Joining part of a vibrant team of enthusiastic people you will be required to help market our business to our clients, distributors and vendors. You will be in constant contact with our clients via phone calls, emails, face to face meetings and events. The successful applicant will become part of the team that generates opportunities to help us grow our business further. Reporting to the General Manager Marketing it represents an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a great team culture.
The role involves outbound calling, has sales elements, and requires someone who is motivated, confident, and able to excel in social situations.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop professional relationships with customers, distributors and vendors;
Confident speaking on the phone and happy to initiate contact with customers;
Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently;
Ability to prioritise and manage time;
Skills in dealing with a range of customers across all industries;
A working knowledge of computers with experience using the Microsoft Office suite;
Ability to solve problems and identify ways for process improvement;
A very strong desire to succeed.
