Applications are invited from Registered Nurses to fill a permanent position in our busy Rehabilitation Service, Acute Stroke and Older Peoples Health Ward.
Come and join a dynamic team of dedicated nurses who are passionate as they work along side patients to see them reach their highest potential. You will be providing appropriate supervision and direction to Enrolled Nurses and Healthcare Assistants who are performing delegated patient care tasks, working alongside the same team.
This position is rostered rotating covering all duties. Ideally candidates will have:
Post grad experience, preferably in a New Zealand hospital.
A love for the elderly
Ideally a strong focus on patient assessment
Passionate about rehabilitation and older peoples health
Surgical / Medical / Mental Health nursing experience ideal
Adaptability and flexibility
Motivation and self direction
Be committed to self directed learning
Excellent interpersonal skills
