The Nursing Resource Team at Waikato DHB are aninternal bureau of nursing who provide relief and support across all othernursing services, as and when required. Our family orientated team gives youthe opportunity to become multi-skilled and increase your knowledge by workingin a variety of clinical areas. We offer clinical education, coaching and PDRPsupport from competent to expert levels.
Nursing Resource Team has several positions covering maternityleave; this could be an opportunity to broaden your nursing skills across manydifferent clinical areas.
We offer a supportive environment with an educatorand clinical support nurses to assist with your development.
Registration with the NZ Nursing Council and a current Annual PractisingCertificate;
Current New Zealand Work Permit;
Preference will be given to nurses who have worked in an Acute DHBsetting in New Zealand;
Critical care experience (Emergency Department, HDU, ICU, NICU, Cathlab)is highly desirable;
A preference for afternoon and night shifts is advantageous.
