Regional Training Coordinator

Details of the offer

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Liaising with internal and external providers to schedule courses in line with training needs
Managing training course requirements i.e. catering, venue, props, travel, resources, room set up, etc.
Managing email traffic in relation to new requirements, swaps, changes and cancellations
Assisting STQE manager with all leadership training
Completing training reviews of compulsory and compliance training over all areas
Ensuring all compulsory & critical risk training requirements are identified and programmed as a priority
Keeping branches informed of new, existing and expiring training requirements
Coordinating new training initiatives
Supporting internal managers, advising on training matters for staff
Coordinating Connexis/ITO trainee registrations, workshops, progress and certificate celebrations
Updating PDP training records and spreadsheets for labour hire and subcontractor staff

Minimum 3 years' experience within an office based environment
Understanding of Industry and Company training compliance
Intermediate MS Office skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Coordinating and planning experience/skills
Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise workflow & work to deadlines
Well-developed interpersonal and organisational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Dedication to internal and external customer service
Ability to relate to people at all levels and from differing backgrounds
Good sense of humour
