Regional Retail Manager

What We Are Looking For:
The role is based in the Nelson region helping our exciting newish store plus overlooking the growth of the south Island Big Save brand.
The successful candidate would be able to motivate all levels of staff, grown sales and create fun in furniture retail.
We Need:
- A self-motivated person that loves growth and loves to motivated others
- Experience in finding great people and managing greater people
- The ability to travel easily around the South Island region
- Comfortable nature with Sales Professionals and Retail Store Managers
- A cup full mentality that loves to smash goals and loves to go the extra mile
- A positive embrace of performance pay and loves to make themselves money
You May Have:
-Retail experience isn’t critical, people experience is!
-Loves fun, loves growth and wants to earn through their own input
-Positive potential in growing their own teams and motivating their own people
-Knowledge of Sales and how to sell
-Managing a range of different types of people

This role is a Tuesday to Saturday roster as there is a heap a commission to be earn't aswel!
