Job Description: Western Refining is seeking a reliable and dynamic Live Chat Officer to join our team in Nelson, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our live chat platform. Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner through live chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.2. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.3. Utilize creativity to come up with innovative solutions to customer problems and provide personalized assistance.4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Western Refining's products and services to effectively assist customers.5. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.6. Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle a variety of customer issues.4. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.5.
