What you will be doing: As aRegional Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a vital role in managing therecruitmentefforts, overseeing a small team of regional recruiters, and driving the growth of their care worker team. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovativerecruitmentstrategies, engage with candidates through various channels, and contribute to the overall success of our organisation. You will manage a team ofregional recruiters and compliance staff, providing guidance and support. Developing and implementingrecruitmentstrategies to attract top talent. Utilising cutting-edgerecruitmenttools and platforms to source candidates. Analysingrecruitmentdata to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Building strong relationships with branch managers and stakeholders. Presenting recruitment analysis to regional managers and contribute to monthly planning meetings. What we are looking for: We are looking for 5 years ofrecruitmentexperience. Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment processes - it would be great if you have experience of health care, but it isn't essential. Strong stakeholder management skills. Previous management experience would be desirable. Demonstrated stability in previous roles. Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment. What you can expect....
