Can you help us understand our workforce?Do you have : an understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle? the ability to validate problem definition statements when asked to provide information to internal customers? experience using and maintaining HR systems?About the roleWe are looking for a motivated team player who can provide best practice : systems administration for a range of HR systems analytics to produce informative and accurate reportsThis role is responsible for producing a range of HR metrics that demonstrate the performance and health of our workforce. You will provide regular reports for the Strategic Leadership Team and our Board in addition to requests for information from managers and external Public Sector agencies. Additionally, in this role you will be systems administrator for a range of HR systems and will need to provide payroll support for peak payroll periods. We are currently in the process of implementing the Jemini HCM so this is a great opportunity to be involved in a system implementation project. Some of the systems and tools you will help us optimise our use of are : Jemini (HRIS), Springboard, Qualtrics, Power BI.
