Support our Youth Development Unit (YDU) in the great work they do.
What you will do
In this position you will be responsible for providing administrative services to YDU (North), including administration, coordination and management of resources used to support course staff and trainees. The key outcome for this position is to ensure the delivery of high quality customer focused administration support to all staff, managers and commanders of the Youth Development Unit.
What we need
We are looking for a person who has the ability to perform across functions of administration, whilst maintaining a team focus on the delivery of timely and efficient administration support to all and host responsibilities in a busy environment.
You will bring some strong administration skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You have good keyboard skills and an intermediate level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in using SAP and SRM would be an advantage.
The ability to provide superior customer service is essential in this role. You have confident interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills, more than comfortable working across a wide range of people. You are happy to work autonomously and within a team environment.
You will need to hold a current un-endorsed driver licence.

If you do not meet these minimum criteria, we will not be able to accept your application.
