This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional multi-tasking and the ability to meet strict deadlines. The role works closely with Service Managers and Recruitment agencies to successfully secure Locum coverage to meet the DHB's demands. Working within recruitment, you will follow well established systems and methods to generate a smooth recruitment process for both the organisation and candidates.Applicants need to be extremely process driven, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to apply themselves consistently and methodically to their work. Previous experience in recruitment would be advantageous.As the successful applicant you will have the following attributes:Dynamic, motivated and pragmaticStrong organisational skills, ability to work autonomously as well as a team playerExceptional leading and coaching skillsExperience with a recruitment & health settingExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written enabling good working relationships.If you have the above attributes, this role could be for you.
