Job Description:We are currently looking for a talented Diversional and Recreational Therapist to become part of our team at our Summerset at Village. This is a Full time permanent role. Qualifications:Who are we looking for? Someone who can provide meaningful and purposeful recreational programsSomeone with a pre-existing passion for Diversional and Recreational TherapySomeone with a good level of human awareness (empathy & compassion)Someone who understand holistic approaches (person centre care)Someone who is enthusiastic, flexible, innovative, creative and resourcefulSomeone who is self-motivated, respectful, curious, open minded and proactiveSomeone with good communications skills and strong willingness to learnSomeone who is available to work full timeMust Hold a full valid NZ Driver LicenceFully Qualified and License Diversional and Recreational Therapist (Registered DRT). If you don't hold a DRT Licence, or if you are not a Qualified DRT, you must be willing to complete the NZQA Certificate in Diversional Therapy Additional Information:If you believe you are the person for this role, then we would love to hear from you!
