One of our lovely Receptionists is going on Parental leave. Could you be her replacement? Join a friendly and engaging team in a support role for our Wellington office.
Parental leave cover - 12 months (starting around end June) Wellington CBD location – lovely office Bring your experience to this awesome role 8.00am – 4.30pm - Monday to Friday About the role  We are seeking a confident and professional person who enjoys using their initiative and solving problems to join our front of house staff in our social and busy Wellington office! You will be a key member of the office supporting our business and our clients. This is an office-based role with set hours Monday - Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm. 
You will be responsible for answering the phones, meeting and greeting clients, coordinating meeting rooms, organising catering and other administrative functions as required. There will also be opportunity to support our office manager with a range of office related projects.
You will be joining our Facilities team. Led by our wonderful Office Manager, who enjoys supporting the team to thrive and provide opportunities for to develop their skills to grow in their careers. This team is a part of Grant Thornton NZ's wider corporate services team made up of our Marketing, Finance, IT and People and Culture teams.
 
About You ·        Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
·        Practical and professional
·        Able to build relationships quickly and have strong stakeholder management experience
·        Excellent written and interpersonal skills 
·        Superb organisational and time management
·        Sound knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook
