About the role:Based at our modern Airport Oaks head office, you will be pivotal in the success of the organisation. This is a fast paced, busy role and will involve the sourcing, ordering and inventory control of a wide range of products, whilst working closely with Sales and Customer Service to deliver the best possible product and service to customers.This fulltime role offers a large degree of autonomy, so you'll need strong problem-solving skills and initiative to be successful – the right person will have the opportunity to evolve the role and really put their stamp on it. Key Responsibilities:Building strong supplier relationships and maintaining effective, reliable supply linesRequirements planning and purchasing of a variety of products from local and offshore suppliersLiaising with and supporting Sales and Customer Service with product information, ETAs and other relevant info as requiredManaging stock levels and ensuring optimal inventory control in on-site and 3PL warehousesKey Attributes:Proven experience in a similar role, with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise tasks to ensure deadlines are metStrong computer literacy and confident with MS Office suite, especially Excel. Previous experience with SAP Business One would be a huge advantage.
