The role We are seeking two highly motivated Project Managers to join our team and lead our electricity distribution network and customer-related projects through the entire project lifecycle, driving better efficiency, and improving customer delivery and satisfaction. Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for both external Customer Initiated Work (CIW) and internal Network Projects. You will manage a range of projects, whilst engaging key stakeholders, collaborating with internal staff for design, and liaising with the field workforce for delivery. What you will be doing: Develop and manage project plans/schedules Coordinate project teams to ensure the timely completion of project deliverables Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Provide mentorship, feedback, and development opportunities to your project team Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards About you Experience in project management within the electrical distribution network environment National Certificate or Degree in Electrical Engineering, or individuals with a proven industry knowledge of distribution networks Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills being able to liaise with other teams. You come with an innate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and can work in a fast-paced environment to ensure deadlines are met You are a natural problem-solver and have knowledge of relevant regulations and standards What's in it for you?
