Project Manager - Waikato

Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) is working with a well known construction company in the Waikato market. They have moved into another league and have projects that will keep them busy through 2024.They have successfully been winning projects typically in the $5 - $25 million range in and now need help running these schemes. They have a small team of project managers and now have one more opportunity available.    The projects you will be dealing with are predominantly new build, although in the future you could be involved with some re-furb schemes, so experience in this area could be of benefit.
