This professional, high-achieving main contractor has a proven track record in delivering construction excellence across a diverse range of projects across NZ. With their ongoing growth and strong portfolio of future projects comes the need to appoint a Project Manager who will be based in Christchurch.

Role:
The role will work closely with senior management, overseeing key projects throughout Christchurch with the responsibility of project delivery across the full project life cycle. With construction commencing on a $30m development, you will take responsibility for leading this project, including planning and scheduling, budget/risk management, stakeholder engagement, contract admin, health and safety, and progress reporting.

Requirements:
Suitable candidates will have extensive knowledge of local construction experience working for an established main contractor. By nature, and scale of existing projects, you will have previous experience in delivering $20m+ projects successfully. Previous project experience within one or more of the following sectors in New Zealand is essential: Commercial, Infrastructure, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, or Apartment/Build to Rent.
