The role involves contributing to significant infrastructure projects ranging from $5 million to $500 million in value.

Salary package of $120k - $140k + car (negotiable based on level of experience) Based in Napier or Tauranga Permanent full time position Responsibilities: Take charge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure project timelines are met and deadlines are adhered to. Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals. Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly. Keep stakeholders informed about project status and address their concerns. Manage project documentation and quality control. Resolve conflicts and provide leadership to the project team. Requirements: Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Have 10-15+ years of proven experience in water/civil projects. Ideally managed projects valued at $10-$50 million or more. Possess a solutions-oriented mindset and a drive for career advancement. Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
