About the Role An opportunity is currently available for a suitably qualified and experienced Change Project Lead, to join our Programmed contract team based in Auckland. The suitable candidate may be based at any of our offices around NZ. We offer hybrid working options with a 70/30 work/home ratio. Reporting to the Business Services Manager, this role is responsible for managing business systems performance, identifying potential areas for business improvement and supporting the planning and execution of business planning, strategy and reporting processes. Skills and Experience Previous experience in a similar role within the facility management sector Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or other relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience in business and analysis, problem resolution, project/change management and task prioritisation, vendor and contract management processes. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of business systems lifecycle management, principles of change management, quality control, software development methodologies, principles of database design and business process modelling. Demonstrated knowledge of CAB Management and Implementation Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written Strong Team Player Committed to Excellence Strong focus on safety on the workplace Desirable Skills and Experience Skills and experience with web-based technologies e.g. Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI and Windows D365 Skills and experience using workflow modelling tools and technical documentation tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
