Project Manager

Who we are looking for: Someone with expertise in commercial project management who feels confident to manage and oversee multiple projects at any time. A person who can effectively manage resources and multiple subcontractors to ensure satisfactory delivery of projects on time and within budget. Your key responsibilities will be: Uphold high standards of  ensuring project outcomes are delivered on time and within budget Adhering to health and safety protocol within the worksite Management of multiple subcontractors in different fields across multiple small projects Supervision of foreman, contractors and suppliers Ensuring standards, industry codes, specifications and guidelines are followed Skills and experience: 2-3 years New Zealand experience in a project management position Full clean driver's license Strong communication and leadership skills   About the Company: Locally grown, this esteemed construction company, under the guidance of experienced professionals, specialises in  commercial, residential, fit-outs and maintenance projects.
