We're after a Project Manager to join our team and help lead and mentor our operational and supervisory crews. You will be optimising resource use, delivering for our clients and achieving targeted results. Don't miss out on this role where you can make your mark!As Project Manager you will provide leadership and direction across the construction project team which include Engineers, Supervisors, Forepersons, Administration and Sub-contracting staff, providing the link between the frontline workforce, our customers, and the communities we live in.Day to day you will be involved in:Managing project budgets and financial project reportingManaging resources including staff, plant, suppliers, subcontractors, and materialsSupporting and mentoring the project teamEnsuring commitment to zero harm, HSE and environmental complianceEstablishing and maintaining strong relationships with staff, customers, stakeholdersNga pukenga matua | Important SkillsYou will be an experienced Project Manager; you'll know and understand the construction industry and all the challenges and opportunities that it brings.
