Backed by a team of dedicated professionals, they are pulling away from their competitors and have become the market leader when it comes to commercial building painting and maintenance programmes in New ZealandThe Role:As the project manager you oversee seamless project completion within budget and schedule, managing sites across various sectors, addressing issues, fostering positive client and team relationships and leading and inspiring a team to achieve there targets both effectively and efficiently.Key Responsibilites:Overseeing seamless project completion from start to finishAdhering to budgets and timelines while overseeing job sites spanning body corporates, hotels, and rest homesIdentifying and resolving project issues proactively, managing risk factors like health and safetyCultivating positive relationships with clients and team members on-siteInspiring and supervising a dynamic team of painters and contractorsUpholding the businesses high standards of quality and embodying there Core Values in all aspects of your work.About you:In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience in project management with a strong background in trades and services or related construction sector.
