6 months ongoing contract in Tauranga with possibility to extendBusy and varied coordinator role – you won't be bored hereAbility to juggle multiple projects The Role: We have a new opportunity for a Project coordinator to administrate and organize projects for the organization, to work closely with the Project Managers to effective and efficient administrative support for planning, reporting, and project / portfolio documentation, along with communication for the Projects Team to support the development and delivery of projects. Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and of developing technical reporting. Skills & experience required: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience.5 years of relevant experience Experience on large scale projects is desirable.Develops and maintains content and access to the EPMO SharePoint and Teams sites and associated pages/ sourcesGreat stakeholder management skillsExcellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills Ability to work effectively with a range of partners and stakeholders Well-developed organisational and prioritisation skills Company Culture: Working here means being part of a fast-paced team that works hard but has heaps of fun doing so.
