The Role: This opportunity invites dynamic and passionate individuals to join Youth Arts New Zealand (YANZ) on a part-time basis as Project Lead.Working closely with the YANZ whanau and each other, you will have the chance to develop and manage events and projects that support the creativity of young artists. This role is open to anyone who has a passion for project management and the delivery of youth-focused kaupapa. No formal project management experience is required; we're open to how you define 'experience' and will provide support and mentorship within the role - we seek individuals who are eager to learn and grow alongside peers within a holistically supportive youth-led organisation.We're looking for candidates based in Tamaki Makaurau Auckland, or those willing to relocate, who have demonstrated their ability to collaborate with teams, communities, or other groups to drive positive change. Whether through work in live music events, volunteering, community kaupapa, advocacy , or supporting whanau, we value diverse definitions of experience.
