Project Coordinator

Starting asap this role has the potential to keep you busy till Christmas.  Working full time hours but with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week you will be fully utilising your MS office and project experience.  Duties include: Meetings – including booking meeting rooms, organising agenda's and taking minutes Tracking project and meeting actions Documentation work such as process mapping and project planning Supporting workshops Reporting Other project administration To be successful you will ideally have: Advanced MS office – especially Word and PowerPoint An understanding of projects Experience or an interest in working within the health sector An interest in the equity of health outcomes Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks The ability to work to deadlines If this sounds like you apply now to be working next week.
