We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in delivering both projects and exciting initiatives.
As a member of Fusion5's Professional Services team you will be working with a network of incredibly capable Project Management professionals. Your role will be a combination of having good oversight of all your pillar's projects, navigating good project delivery outcomes, handling project and customer escalations across multiple business units or pillars, managing one or two projects directly, and acting as a Senior Supplier on significant projects.
You will also be working closely with our PMO for project governance and will assist to identify and implement ongoing process improvement in our methodology and delivery.
What you will be responsible for: Ensuring the successful implementation of NetSuite projects, responsibilities, services and deliverablesThe overall NetSuite project management function, providing leadership, support, coordination and management including:Weekly project reviews with Project Managers as a mechanism to provide project oversight and guidanceEnsuring Project Managers are appropriately prepared for meetings including strategies and tactics for difficult discussionsStaying across the project commercials to ensure our projects are operating within their commercial agreementsProviding input to and review of Work Orders, SOWs, to ensure we are appropriately valuing time and effort required on project deliveryProject manager assignments and util to ensure they meet their util targetsActively involved and assisting with implementation of improvements to methodology and processes, working cooperatively with the NetSuite team and the PMOEnsuring all NetSuite projects have active, appropriate, and effective project governance and monitoring in placeEnsuring reporting is completed on time and to an appropriate standard by all Project Managers including status and RAG reportingEmpowering project-wide results by creating, leading and motivating people towards achieving organisational goals and wider benefits.The Project Delivery Manager should have: Minimum 7 years' experience as a senior project manager or 5 years as a senior programme/portfolio manager in complex environmentsDemonstrated experience to lead organisational change/improvementKnowledge and experience of best practice project management methodologies and techniques to provide sound advice and support to Project Managers and stakeholdersExperience of project management using AGILE or PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projectsThe ability to influence others to manage their projects in accordance with project management best practiceThe ability to foresee and avoid risks and issues before they occur wherever possibleThe ability to quickly develop an understanding of complex projects and situations across Fusion5Worked in a professional services environmentStrong communication skills including written and oral presentation skillsEffective time management and problem-solving skillsNegotiation skills with ability to resolve conflict situations.Who is Fusion5?
