Te Pae Tawhiti Transformation Programme is a major undertaking, spanning several years and delivering significant benefits to over a million New Zealanders who access MSD support and services. This is a once in a generation opportunity to be involved in MSD's multi-year transformation journey.
As the Project Coordinator, your primary focus will be on supporting project managers across Te Pae Tawhiti ensuring meticulous schedule, risk, issue and financial reporting and management. You will be actively involved in project meetings, handling everything from coordinating these gatherings to managing the agendas and minutes, thereby ensuring consistent communication and updates.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple workstreams within Te Pae Tawhiti, with the support of the wider team, which will enable you to develop and refine your Project Management skills.
Experience in transformation or IT service environments, with a preference for those who have worked in the public service sector.A clear understanding of how to navigate the strategic landscape of projects, including awareness of potential risks and liabilities.Proficiency in essential office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.Practical experience with Jira.Experience writing meaningful and insightful reports for Senior LeadersExceptional communication skills, both for effective self-expression and in understanding others.Strong capabilities in creating well-structured and clear documentation.Your ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining excellent interpersonal relations will be key in this role.
