We strongly believe it's our job to share our real-world knowledge, leaving our clients better placed to navigate New Zealand's complex project pathways.We have a Project Manager role to work in our Wellington office focusing on Project Delivery through all project lifecycles, on a range of sectors and projects.About the Opportunity:You will work a part of a small team lead by a Senior Project Manager managing the delivery of projects to fully satisfy client needs and expectations alongside our internal processes.Experience in vertical build environment through design, procurement and contract management phases.Ability to manage day to day project requirements with Senior oversight as required, through clear direction, strong verbal and written communication, chairing and minuting regular meetings, encouraging and supporting the team to achieve deliverables.Proactively identifies and addresses risks and issues to minimize and mitigate impact to the projects.Thinks ahead and plans for the success of their project.Creates and implements plans and strategies at a project level to achieve goals.Manages the delivery of projects to fully satisfy client needs and expectations.Proactively manages the client expectations and relationship.Clear concise communication skills are a key requisite of the role (verbal and written).Knowledge and basic application of NZS3910/3916 contracts.About You:Minimum 3-5 years' experience of relevant industry experience preferred (project management, contracts management).Holds relevant tertiary industry qualifications.Preferably experience in Education and local government sectors.A team playerDemonstrated experience in: Managing projects within clearly defined scopes to achievable project schedules and budgetsManaging the demands of concurrent projects and deadlinesThe successful applicant will enjoy working with people, building relationships through project teams and clientsWhy join our Frequency Whanau?At Frequency we believe in empowering our people to make meaningful change.
