Project Coordinator

We're seeking to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator to fit in and add value to our company.
You will have experience in the construction industry, qualification and some project management experience with an understanding of construction site.
Your responsibilities will include:
Create schedules and project timelines.
Sourcing materials and negotiating deals with suppliers.
Coordinate team, supply materials and support team.
Understanding of customer service and strong ability to listen to others.
Work with sub contractors so that they are happy and providing the service our customers deserve.
Able to visit clients at times that suit them.

To be considered to the role you will have:
At least 2 years experience working as a project coordinator.
You must have good communication skills.
Eyes for small details.
A strong understanding of residential construction.
An understanding of New Zealand painting, plastering standards.
Hard working, honest and reliable.
Willing to go the extra mile.
Ability to multitask.
