Being a national service provider for Electrical, Security, Communications, Audio Visual, Fire Alarms, Air Conditioning and Faculty Services, this business has a lot to offer and have been around over 50 years. They are now on the look out for an super organised & efficient Project Coordinator to join their team, where you'll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all the projects for HVAC and Electrical Works for their BOP branch. You'll be based in their Mt Maunganui offices and will report to the General Manager and HVAC Manager, and will also have close working relationships with wider teams across the Electrical and HVAC businesses that you will support. Key responsibilities will include: Liasing with suppliers, customers and their representatives to ensure smooth and efficient workflow Job scheduling and procuring gear, ensuring jobs are completed in a timely and profitable manner Maintaining client portals to ensure all project information is kept updated Scheduling tasks including ensuring project information and documentation is relevant and updated Assisting with HVAC maintenance agreements and ensuring scheduling is kept up to day Completing payment claims / invoices Reviewing plans and specifications highlighting changes for technicians Answering phone calls and responding to emails Assist with contract documentation, submission and drawings Assist with other general office duties as required The successful candidate will Be highly organised, have a strong customer focus and solid administration skills Have experience in a similar contract admin / project coordination or scheduling role Have a tonne of initiative – this role is busy and it's imperative that the person can think of their feet and juggle a busy workload Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Have a willingness to learn and pitch in wherever needed Have a great attitude with excellent ability to multitask Be a competent communicator - with both written & verbal Strong technical skills and ability to pick up systems quickly This is full time based in their offices in Mt Maunganui. You'll need to be able to start at 7.30am and ideally work until 5pm (40-45 hours per week).
