Join our team as a Project Administrator for a leading Civil Contractor! We're seeking a talented individual to support our project management team in delivering exceptional results on a diverse range of civil construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the coordination and administration of civil construction projects from inception to completion.Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence.Support project managers with scheduling, budget tracking, and resource allocation.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and documentation for reporting purposes.Assist in procurement processes, including obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.Provide administrative support to the project team as required.Qualifications and Skills:Previous experience in project administration or similar role within the construction industry is preferred.Great IT and reporting skillsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work with a reputable civil contracting company with a strong presence in Hawkes Bay on the rebuild of the region.
