A Technology Delivery team works closely with Transformation on delivering our technology-based change.This is a 24-month fixed term contract, designed to design and deliver a programme of work that ensures the seamless integration of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act (CCCFA) from the Commerce Commission to the FMA. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will ensure the business change initiatives are being delivered in an efficient and effective way while ensuring alignment with FMA's strategic objectives.You'll bring your proven programme delivery background where you've been 'in the trenches' leading change and programmes of work from design, execution, and stabilisation. With a full toolkit based on project and programme management methodology certification you will have a flexible approach to utilising Agile methodology when appropriate.Your top-notch communication skills will allow you to successfully collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring a connected organisational approach.
