Production Manager

It is essential you have manufacturing experience and have strong analytical and problem-solving skill. You will have ideally managed an operation of multiple shifts, ensuring all staff are engaged and motivated.

Experience working as a Manufacturing/Production Manager
Excellent leadership and people management experience
Experience with maintenance engineering or have managed maintenance teams
Be a confident communicator, especially using reporting tools, etc
