As the Downstream Product Marketing Manager for the Embolics product family, you will be responsible for creating and managing the global commercial product marketing strategies for the growing Interventional Solutions product portfolio. You will be a part of the Product Marketing team, responsible for the creation and execution of all downstream product marketing activities (i.e.: launches, campaigns, initiatives). You will collaborate with Sales and Product Management team to ensure market success.
Job Description

Manages the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s) for Embolic therapies
Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities
Identifies and prioritizes new product opportunities. Represents Voice of Customer in defining customer requirements for the product development team
Partners with Upstream Marketing leadership to ensure the regional voice of the customer is incorporated to help guide product development, and to ensure value proposition and messaging is consistent globally
Coordinates trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, brand awareness and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions
Assesses market competition by comparing and differentiating the company's product to competitor's products and developing key marketing messages to drive value propositions
Understands regional market trends, pricing, growth drivers, and future/emerging markets with plans to proactively position the brand and product portfolio
Manages and optimizes global internal/external communication channels through source data
for product line and marketing objectives
Obtains, evaluates and analyzes market share and sales data to drive decision making on short-term and long-term sales forecasts and objectives
Assesses product market data by working with field sales team and key customers to evaluate messaging and sales call results
Facilitates and manages inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting forecasts for operations
Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling, and planning projects, estimating cost, and managing projects to completion
Works with sales management to formulate product sales and marketing strategies
When appropriate, will get involved with the business development process with emphasis on financial modeling, due diligence, and launch strategies
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and 3 – 5 years of experience in medical device and/or experience with Interventional oncology for ablation and vascular access, considered highly advantageous; master’s Degree preferred
Strong marketing fundamentals with proven experience as a marketing leader in driving growth strategies
Excellent Value-messaging skills
Strong Data Analytics skills, business acumen and financial modeling
Experience in new product launches, marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives
Capable of story-boarding complex scenarios and articulating the value of our products
Influences internal/external business and/or regulatory issues that have an impact on the business
Ability to effectively communicate deadlines, updates, issues and accomplishments, concisely, clearly and in ways that motivate others and build a positive team experience
Capable of operating independently with minimal supervision
Successful track record demonstrating the ability to work with cross functional teams, lead and influence global change; multicultural experience to enable effective working across geographically dispersed teams
Proactively identifies and solves the most complex problems
Uses ground-breaking methods to think beyond existing solutions to impact business direction through the development of innovative and strategic thinking
Manages and develops a team of marketing professionals to assess product mix, evaluate market share, conduct competitive analysis, and identify enabling products and technologies
Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired
Flexibility to work early and late hours to collaborate with global team members. Some travel required
