Who They Are We are working with a 120-year old, privately held, leading manufacturer of commercial and residential plumbing products. They are looking for a National Accounts Manager to oversee their Wholesale accounts across the US. Compensation is strong with a mid 6-figure base and annual bonus program.

What You'll Do Manage the sales activities for North America Seats division products with wholesale national accounts, buying group relationships, and territory management Create and utilize strategic selling plans in addition to sales acceleration programs to meet or exceed plan, increase market share, maintain the product image, specification position, and brand recognition/preference in the marketplaceEstablish top level contact with designated national accounts, and strategic partnershipsResponsible for driving annual growth goals as well as represents the company at a national level at conferencesEnsure programming aligns with growth strategies and profitability goals. Provides accurate monthly reportsWork in collaboration with finance to ensure rebates are accrued and paid accurately on one timeWhat You'll Need Bachelor's degree in business related major or similar field10+ years of experience in sales management within the plumbing wholesale channel5+ years of experience and proven track record managing national accounts, buying groups, etc.Current market experience preferredCurrent relationships in the industryExcellent written, presentation, and communication skillsTechnologically savvy with Microsoft 365 and CRM (Salesforce)Willing to travel 40-50%
