THE OPPORTUNITY An exciting marketing opportunity exists to join Johnson & Johnson's Ethicon NZ team in the role of Product Manager, based in New Zealand (preferably Auckland). Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will have responsibilities covering key products across the entire Wound Closure & Healing portfolio, including upcoming product launches and expansion of our advanced brands. This role is critical to shaping the ongoing success of the business both developing and executing new strategies and helping to propel us into being a Medtech leader. You will have full product life-cycle management responsibilities. You will drive campaigns and communication activities that seek to build Ethicon's share of voice with key external audiences and deliver world class professional education activities. RESPONSIBILITIES Effectively manage tender and pricing strategies Forecasting and inventory management Conduct technical product training Drive internal and external education to enhance knowledge and skills for our brands Build Key Opinion Leader relationships and maintain relationships with industry bodies Build powerful product advocates at different 'levels' within key accounts Develop and drive digital campaigns Qualifications ITS ALL ABOUT YOU Demonstrated success delivering end-end marketing and NPI strategy Ability to design and develop specific marketing strategies that involve in-depth product knowledge and market research Customer centric focus, both internally and externally coupled with strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Ability to build and influence relationships and collaborative partnerships A track record of delivering results and objectives while being self-motivated and able to work autonomously Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or a similar field COMPANY CULTURE Competitive remuneration package.
