Details of the offer

You probably know Reece as Australia's largest supplier of plumbing and bathroom products. But we are much more than that. We are a leading Australian distributor of trade products to residential, commercial, and infrastructure customers. We're an ASX listed company with more than 800+ branches and 9,000 employees across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, and we're growing all the time. We're searching for an experienced Senior Product Manager to support us as we strive for operational excellence. About the role This is an important role in reecetech, our technology division, that focuses on designing and building products our customers and staff love, solving hard problems using the latest technology. The Senior Product Manager works as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team; in this role you will: • Define the product vision and strategy for our supply chain products, leveraging ERP solutions and your deep understanding of software engineering principles. • We need big picture thinking to create operational efficiencies. • Work closely with UX Designers, Business Analysts, Developers, leading in the ideation, design, delivery, and evolution of our products and services. • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the business to provide the best experience for our internal and external users. • Work with our business intelligence team and data analysts to provide detailed business reporting. • Bring a strong commercial acumen to defining the product strategy and use it to drive relentless prioritization of features. • Spend time understanding our internal processes and systems, especially within branches, to inform product development. About You The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong technical background, particularly in software engineering, and a solid understanding of ERP systems. Key qualifications and traits include: • Extensive experience in software engineering, with a track record of successful product development and delivery. • Deep understanding of ERP systems and their integration into product development processes. • Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and processes is preferred, though not mandatory. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, business analysts, and developers. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work closely with business intelligence teams and data analysts to inform product decisions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in product management and technology. • Experience in mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. If you have a background in software engineering, deep knowledge of ERP systems, and a passion for driving product excellence, we encourage you to apply! How can you build a career with Reece. Reece is different. We're a successful company that doesn't like to make a fuss of our success. We're a big business that works hard to retain the great things from when we were a small business. We value common sense as highly as a university degree. We encourage people to have a go and don't mind if they fail. We promote people based on performance, not age. Reece is a place where people make a real difference. And that's the secret to our success - having the right people, with the right attitude in the right roles. We're looking for the right people now. People who like people. People who like to talk but also like to listen. People who like to perform. People who can recognise an opportunity and seize it. People who are prepared to promote themselves. Read on. You will quickly discover whether you might be the right person, and whether we might be the right place for your career. If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us! About Us Our purpose is to improve the lives of our customers and our people by striving for greatness every day. There are many aspects to our business and they all share one thing in common. Good people. If you are ready to be part of an essential business doing good on many levels, you're in the right place. We grew from humble beginnings and over 100 years later we are one of the largest suppliers of plumbing and bathroom products in Australasia. But we are so much more than this, we're a global company with 8,000 people, 800 locations and 8 major businesses across a number of industries. We thrive on new ideas and have the courage to make them happen. #J-18808-Ljbffr
