"Only the best is good enough". As our ProduceManager, you'll play a key role in bringing this vision to life in ourbrand-new store.
Thisis a fulltime role with up to 45 hours.
Key responsibilities are: Source and procure the best quality fruits,vegetables, and other produce items from our Distribution Centre, local growersand suppliers.Ensure operational delivery standards are met orexceeded through sufficient stock level and department merchandising.Ensure sales,growth and profit targets for the department are met or exceeded.Lead the planning, organization, and operation of theproduce department, ensuring an abundant and visually appealing selection of bestand fresh produce for our customers.Ensure department range matches format and customerservice requirements.Train, mentor, and motivate a team of produceassociates to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our standards ofquality and cleanliness.Collaborate with store management and other departmentheads to create a cohesive and seamless shopping experience for our customers.What we offer: Staff discounts and perks.Hands-ontraining and mentoring.All this, and a great culture.If you're a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for freshfood, produce and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
