He angitutanga | About the role As Principal Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Director/Senior Managers in the Office of Regulatory Services to manage risks and drive improvements and performance across the regulatory system. A key function of this role is to ensure Official Information Act (OIA) requests and material for Ministers is effectively triaged and allocated and key risks are flagged with the Director/Senior Managers. You will provide advice on key risks and issues across the regulatory system, overseeing and coordinating interventions in response to risks and issues. He korero mou | What we are looking for You will be a savvy, experienced individual with high-level communication skills who is looking to contribute to a high-performing team. Using your exceptional oral and written communication skills you will provide expert advice on risks and issues, including how we communicate with Ministers. Your ability to collaborate and support trusted connections with our Treaty partners and stakeholders and leadership in an ever-evolving environment will be critical.
