What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Operations Director, this multifaceted role bridges the gap between facility operations and project execution. You will be responsible for:
Smooth day-to-day functioning of the facilitiesSpearheading capital improvement projects and renovationsLead and manage a Site Engineer to ensure their tasks are set and aligned with productionCoordinate and work with external suppliers and contractors as requiredCollaborate with the production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisationWhat are we looking for?
You could currently be a Plant, Site, Industrial or Project Engineer looking to step up and bring to the table:
Mechanical Trade background or Tertiary qualification in engineeringPrevious experience gained in a Food, FMCG and/or Packaging industryKnowledge of maintenance methods, processes and metricsExperience gained in project managing capex and driving operational improvement programmesBe a self-starter and someone to hit the ground running!Benefits of working at Manukora!
