As a Planner and Business Development Manager, you'll focus on generating, building, and nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that give our clients exactly what they need. You will also focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement through new account research and acquisition planning, leveraging off our existing client base and outstanding market reputation, to grow our business. The perfect fit for this role will have: Prior experience in business development, networking, sales, or a role driven by KPIs. Pioneering business development by acquiring new clients through diverse strategies. A Degree in Environmental Planning or similar. Experience within either the Consulting or Local/Regional Council sectors. At least 3 years' experience within the New Zealand planning environment. General understanding of Maori cultural values, tikanga and Treaty of Waitangi. Strong drive to achieve results and pride in delivering a great experience for your customers, and achieving, or overachieving your targets.
