Piano Teacher

The McDonald Collegeis Australia's leading Academic and Performing Arts School. It was founded on a belief of performance distinction, whether this is in academia, the Arts or both. An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified, enthusiastic and experienced Piano Tutor to join our Peripatetic Music Program within our Performing Arts Department.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum proficiency A.Mus.A
Experience teaching all ages at all levels up to and including diploma
Experience teaching Classical, Jazz, and AMEB
Available both during and after school hours Monday to Friday (timetable to be decided in consultation with students and parents)
A teaching philosophy based on technique and musicality
Accompaniment and ensemble playing experience would be advantageous but is not essential

This is a casual term time position.
