Auckland City, Auckland#CLOSER #BRAVER #FASTERThe RoleThis exciting role is a permanent opportunity and will see you providing personal assistance and administrative support to two Executive Managers in the Leadership team.As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring that administrative systems are highly effective and organised, to provide the highest level of support. You will also collaborate with the Executive Assistant of the Executive General Manager and wider PA group to ensure ongoing process improvement.In this role, no two days are the same, it's fast paced and busy, but with your solid experience of providing support at a similar level, you'll take it in your stride and excel at developing the role and making it your own.Key Responsibilities:Providing high level administrative support, event coordination, reporting, as well as critical diary and travel management, creation of meeting agendas, and support tasks.Diary management to ensure effective use of the EM's time and non-essential meetings / correspondences are filtered appropriatelyTaking minutes for meetings, typing and distributing to the appropriate peoplePreparation of reports and presentationsProcess all credit card expense reports on behalf of the EM each month for direct reports.Liaison with other Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants across the businessSkills & Experience:Experience of working as a Personal Assistant desirable or possessing strong experience carrying out a range of administrative tasks and functionsCapability of working independently to solve problems, and be able to demonstrate a high degree of judgement, professionalism and administrative skillExperience working to a high degree of confidentiality is critical to this role along with a focus on attention to detailStrong word processing, presentation and spreadsheet skills as well as proficiency with the Microsoft suite of office productsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbout us:At IAG, we believe that everyone has a unique point of view to share, shaped by their life experiences, cultures & passions.
